When and where is Otonadake-Con?

Otonadake-Con will take place on September 25th- 26th 2026. at the Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL.

Otonadake-Con is an 18+ anime, and gaming convention that celebrates the grown-up side of fandom! Expect spicy panels, adult artist alley, mature cosplay contests, themed parties, and more. Come ready to unwind and connect with your fellow otaku no kids allowed.

🔞 Do I really have to be 18+ to attend?

Yes! You must be 18 years or older on the day of the convention. IDs will be checked at badge pickup—no exceptions.

🎟️ How do I get a badge?

Badges will be available online through our registration page and distributed at the door.

Can I buy a badge at the door?

Only if we don’t sell out first! Follow our social media for updates.

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

Nope. Badges are non-transferable and tied to your ID. All ticket sales are final.

Will the full schedule be posted before the con?

Yup! The full programming schedule will drop a few weeks before the event, plus a digital guide and con app to keep you in the know.

How do I become an artist or vendor?

Applications open soon at our Vendors Portal. We curate spaces to keep the vibes fresh, so make sure your portfolio is 🔥.

🪪 What ID is accepted for 18+ verification?

A government-issued photo ID with your full name and birthdate (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID). No ID = no badge. Sorry!

👗 Is cosplay required?

Nope, but it’s encouraged! Whether you’re in a full suit of armor or a suggestive onesie, cosplay is welcome (and awesome). Just keep it classy, even if it’s trashy.

🚨 Are there any cosplay rules?

Yes! Cosplay must follow our Dress Code & Prop Policy, which includes:

• No real weapons.

• No see-through clothing or exposed genitalia.

• Straps, pasties, or body tape required for revealing outfits.

• All cosplay must stay within the boundaries of public decency in shared areas.

🙋 Can I volunteer?

Yes! Volunteers get perks like a free badge, behind-the-scenes access, and con staff clout. Applications will open soon.

🛡️ What’s the con’s harassment policy?

We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment. Cosplay is not consent. If someone makes you uncomfortable, report it to staff immediately we’ve got your back.

👜 Can I bring my bag/props/etc.?

Yes, but all large bags and props are subject to search. Keep it safe and smart.

🚑 Is there security staff on-site?

Yes. We have dedicated safety, security, teams on hand. Your safety is our priority.
